ABOUT
Healing Whole Arts is the creative practice of Beth Anne Booth, a visual artist, writer, and double-lung transplant recipient. Her work reflects a lived journey through recovery, illness, and renewal, where creativity became both refuge and revelation. Through abstract painting and reflective writing, Beth Anne shares stories of resilience and transformation — inviting others to witness healing not as a destination, but as an ongoing process of becoming whole.
For over a decade, Beth Anne Booth has been committed to intentional inner healing. Finding recovery from addiction brought forth clarity, self discovery, and space for divine guidance. Little did Beth Anne know that through her sober recovery, she was co-creating a spiritual foundation that would ground her for future challenges and events.
In June 2024, after more than two years of severe symptoms from a sudden diagnosis of unspecified interstitial lung disease, Beth Anne received a double-lung transplant. She is grateful to her donor for the precious gift of being able to breathe easily. During her recovery, Beth Anne felt inspired and returned to abstract painting. The “Breathe" Series is the outcome of Beth Anne following the creative current. Since her debut exhibition, Beth Anne continues to create art and share her work with community.
Beth Anne’s intention is for viewers to absorb her art, seeing and feeling something unique, in the way that each new breath sparks continued growth. Her journey through sobriety and a double-lung transplant influences her artistry, and, as she continues to heal through creative expression, Beth Anne’s hope is to inspire those on a spiritual level as they experience the sacred gift of life. That is the art of healing whole.
